The Mathews Agency is Hiring a Remote Remote Sales Consultant

In collaboration with our carrier partners, our goal is to partner with high-caliber, high-character leaders to positively impact their lives with personal growth, passion, and purpose while simultaneously bringing a balance of Time and Money to your families.

Currently interviewing sales professionals and managers to fill immediate openings.

With a flexible schedule and high-income potential, you will provide protection and peace of mind to pre-screened prospects we have from our exclusive internal lead program. You will protect their homes and assets, and secure their income and retirement with insurance products.

Job Details:

  • Full-time or Part-time - Commission Only
  • Must Live in the United States
  • Must be 18 to apply.
  • Work from anywhere. (Phone, Computer, and Internet are necessary)
  • No experience? No problem! We offer extensive training and a personal mentorship program.
  • We offer the ability to have a work-life balance, with a six-figure income potential.
  • An abundance of qualified leads available NOW – no cold calling
  • We provide Life Insurance - 1 year of free life insurance – up to $250,000 (must be able to qualify)
  • We provide Health Insurance – heavily subsidized/discounted health insurance
  • Ability to truly own a business with zero caps on income
  • We are paid on results, not activity – results can and will vary

Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve client inquiries

Develop customized insurance plans for clients

Maintain a high level of customer service and integrity

Adhere to industry and company standards and procedures

Requirements:

Must be self-motivated

Must have LIFE AND HEALTH LICENSE (or be willing to obtain one. We will help you.)

Willing to follow a proven system

Coachable / teachable / trainable

Desire to make a positive impact by helping people
