Mather Corporation, a Heavy-Civil contractor based in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a highly motivated individual(s) to lead field crews. This person will be responsible for the installation of utilities, grading of sites, and supervision of various sub-contractors. The work environment will vary; private sites as well as public roads and other infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

· Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills by being a hands-on leader who has a depth of understanding of what is required to lead a crew of tradespeople.

· Knowledge of safe practices within the industry, OSHA 10 and/ or OSHA 30 qulaified.

· Ability to interpret Construction documents including construction plans and specifications, purchase orders, and material certs.

· Effective and timely Communication with supervisors, project managers, and customers a must

· Demonstrates the ability to mange time effectively. Realizing the requirements of the job are everchanging and can involve overtime when necessary.

· P6 or P7 License, 40 hour Haz whopper, clean driving record would be preferred.

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
