*Job Summary*
A hospital client based in *Secaucus, NJ *has an onsite contract opportunity for a _*Nuclear Medicine Technician.*_ Position is Full-time 40 hours per week. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
The _*Nuclear Medicine Technician *_prepares and administers radioactive drugs for imaging or treatment. The candidate will have knowledge of working with Isotopes, administering isotopes, safety usage of isotopes, receipt and storage of isotopes, spill procedure, waste disposal, equipment operations, equipment cleanliness/disinfection, Hot Lab, quality control tests, and practice radiation protection.
*Job Qualification*
* Required- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care hospital settings as an Nuclear Medicine Technician
* Required - Registered by the A.R.R.T. and/or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine
* Required - New Jersey state license in Nuclear Medicine
* Required - Flu vaccinated
