The Marketing Arm is Hiring an Account Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

Job Overview:

TMA is looking for an Account Coordinator in our Chicago, IL office (Hybrid). This candidate will have experience in integrated brand marketing and will be a critical link between the creative, strategy, production and account teams. The role will be client-facing in a fast-paced environment; therefore, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, is motivated to meet stringent deadlines and is detail oriented. This account role is ultimately a problem-solver at heart that keeps everything running smoothly

Responsibilities:

  • The primary role of the Account Coordinator is to be the account teams’ go-to person, assisting across all projects
  • Act as day-to-day contact for key client team members, internal teams, and agency partners
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines, status documents and budget trackers
  • Prep and lead virtual client presentations
  • Apply learnings from Measurement and Insights to the work
  • Help manage digital, social, audio or entertainment partners in association with media plans
  • Support the team in planning, production and execution of creative content

Qualifications:

  • 1 years' experience in advertising, marketing or promotional background including relevant internships and course work
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Digital and social background a plus
  • Actively participate in development of corporate culture
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
  • Background check required
  • College degree preferred
