WHAT YOU'LL DO: Maintenance Engineers assists the hotel and restaurant in repairing equipment, painting, plumbing, and more.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Perform minor electronic, plumbing and carpentry repairs
• Maintain, paint and repair hotel walls as it pertains to: patching of wall boards, wallpapering or painting
• Perform minor repairs to HVAC to include: replacement or repair of switches, fan motors, thermostats, etc.
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel guests
• Use proper safety measures when operating any equipment, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English (speak, read, write) with guests, co-workers and management 
• 2 years prior experience in maintenance/engineering specific to electrical, plumbing and carpentry repair
• Knowledge of proper equipment usage and repair
• High School graduate or equivalent vocational training
• Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and lift and/or carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 75 lbs
