Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and check them in.
- Provide guests with information, assistance, and directions.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries and provide information regarding services and amenities.
- Respond to guests’ requests for extra towels or amenities.
- Follow safety and security protocols.
- Ensure that all areas of the property are clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
