We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions sales analyst. Youll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation: $40,000 1st Year to $100,000 after and commission based

Responsibilities:

Follow up on all leads and requests for information

Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close

Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract

Qualifications:

Preference for a Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
