Job Requirements
- Apassion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate the medical record for all newresident admissions in accordance with the current state, federal and localguidelines and uploading the documents into our electronic documentationsystems
- Assist with scheduling in-house/outsidemedical appointments
- Assist with the scheduling and tracking ofmonthly staff trainings
- Participate in CPR/First Aid Instructortraining and provide CPR/First Aid trainings as needed for staff
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma and be atleast 21 years of age with at least two years’ experience in a geriatricsetting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting.
- Certificates/ Licenses: Current Driver’sLicense, MA or LPN required. CPR and First Aidpreferred.
- Working knowledge of computer systems toinclude Word and Excel.
