Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as After Care Staff between the hours of 11:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday. As an After Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and recreational activities of students in our program. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their overall development.

Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to students during program hours
- Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth program operations
- Assist with behavior management strategies

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, such as childcare, babysitting, sports coaching, or theater involvement
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
- Ability to effectively manage a group of students and maintain a structured environment
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs within the program
