Position Details:

• Rotating schedule of twelve-hour shifts and rotating weekends (2 days on, 2 days off, 2 1/2 days on, then 2 days off).
• Currently hiring for 7p-7a rotating shifts.

Responsibilities: As a CNA at The Manor, you will:

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Offer routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and supervisor's direction.
• Provide indirect care through documentation, cleaning, infection control, and laundry as required.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with:

• CNA experience and a current licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check.
• Prior experience in the senior living sector is preferred.
• Empathetic, understanding, and enjoys working with geriatric residents.
