The Manor in Little Rock is currently accepting applications for experienced CNA's.

This position will be a rotating schedule of twelve hour shifts and rotating weekends. 2 days on, 2 days off, 2 1/2 days on then 2 days off.

Currently hiring for:

• 6a-6p Rotating Shifts

The CNA is responsible to provide direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible for each resident without declines in status unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. The CNA will provide indirect care for residents by documenting, cleaning, infection control and laundry as required. The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA Experience required
• Must possess a current licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
• Prior experience in the senior living sector is preferred.
• Empathetic, understanding, and enjoys working with geriatric residents.
