Job Summary:

This is a tipped position. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Process payments using cash handling procedures

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area

- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service

Experience:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred

- Familiarity with POS system is a plus

- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in the food industry

Pay: $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
