The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, employing and developing the staff and maintaining positive resident relations. In additions, Managers must:
-Possess knowledge of Property Management Software applications
-Be organized and strong in budget management
-Posses team building skills
-Posses marketing, resident retention and resident relations skills
-Be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
-Approve resident applications
-Schedule apartment turns
-Set leasing and income goals
-Complete monthly reports and apartment audits
-Handle resident disputes and customer service issues
Managers are responsible for complying with all state federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. A minimum of 3 years experience in property management and a college degree are preferred. Applicants with CAM, ARM, or CPM certification will be prioritized.
