Title : Office Custodian

Location : Kennewick, WA

Salary : $18 / hr

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

The Management Group is seeking a Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our facility.

This role includes performing routine cleaning tasks, maintaining various indoor and outdoor areas, and ensuring that all common spaces are in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be proactive in communicating maintenance needs, and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby by vacuuming carpets and wiping down surfaces regularly.
• Keep common hallways free of dirt and debris by vacuuming them regularly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and well-maintained.
• Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the courtyard tidy and presentable.
• Ensure the outdoor gym area is clean and equipment is well-maintained.
• Remove any debris and sanitize equipment regularly.
• Keep the gazebo area clean and inviting.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Mop, dust, and vacuum entryway.
• Wipe down and restock kitchenette.
• Clean fridge as needed.
• Mop and wipe down hair wash room.

Qualifications :

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
