Title : Maintenance Technician
Location : Portland, OR
Pay Rate : $26-28 / hr
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM

- Competitive salary - $26-28 / hr
- Cell Allowance - $40 per month
- Your choice of two different medical plan options. The employer contribution is 70% of the monthly premium
- Vision and dental plans are available. The employer contribution is 75% of the monthly premium.
- Vacation accrual, 10 days per year
- Sick time, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
- 10 paid holidays
- 401 (k) Retirement Plan with discretionary annual company match - available after 6 months of employment during company open enrollment periods of Jan and July of each calendar year
Your primary duties will include performing property turnovers, service calls and performing maintenance checks of homes.
You will also work as part of a collaborative team, to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues, and enjoy a diverse range of job duties that allow you to learn and grow in your role.
