The Man-o'-War Tattoo Company, LLC is a small family owned business in Cocoa, FL. We want to offer a comfortable environment for both clients and artists to be creative and passionate about their art. We are down to earth and family oriented, and we are looking to add an apprentice to our team.

We are looking for experienced artists of all levels with a great attitude to learn, individuals who are passionate about tattooing and those who want to grow with the company. An ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively, creative, team oriented, outgoing, and have a passion for the art of tattooing. We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, responsible, and organized. This position requires someone who is able to work well in a fast paced environment and who has experience in customer service.

This is an apprentice position and is a *learning* position.

Must be willing to learn to:

• Apply permanent body art onto clients' bodies using traditional or modern methods; including but not limited to power supply driven, "old school" tattoo machines, wireless - battery operated - more modernized machines, or hand poke/hand driven tattooing needles.
• Keep a tidy and clean work area where you will follow OSHA, health department, and Bloodborne Pathogens guidelines of the highest regard.
• Comfortable answering phones and answering business related questions.
• Provide each customer and client a full understanding of aftercare and deliver to them a written and verbal confirmation of good and safe aftercare practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering questions about artist services and ensuring their satisfaction with their tattoos.
• Be on time for any and all appointments you have made for yourself and your clients.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that each client receives the highest level of customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
