What You Will Do

Lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town!

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the project assigned to your areas
• Respond to work orders in a timely order with the highest level of quality
• Patch damaged drywall, tape seams, then mud and sand
• Repair, replace and maintain apartment equipment, fixtures
• Install countertops and cabinets, as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipment
• Snow removal and property grounds cleanup
• Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 60 pounds

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years in real estate/construction
• Background in logistics, operations and/or project management
• Experience with all aspects of residential construction/renovation
• Knowledge of construction costs and vendor management
• Excellent organizational skills and vendor management experience
• Posses’ good mechanical skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Provide and use own hand and power tools.
• Provide own smart phone
