We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of HVAC Specialist inOmaha,NE! Join us in working for one of the area's leading property management companies!

What You Will Do

Diagnose, repair, replace, and install hvac systems unique to each property.
Train team members on hvac related tasks as needed.
Complete work orders and inspections electronically, deliver notices to residents, and complete additional
tasks as directed by Property Manager.
Responsible for completing lighting and property inspections electronically as often as the property requires.
Manage the unit turn process. Order all turn parts, including keeping stock of paint. Schedule to complete
the turn items before and after vendors.
Do a final inspection before move in to ensure staff and vendors have completed all tasks before move in.
Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, hvac, electrical equipment, appliances, building lighting and
fixtures, as required.
Patch damaged drywall, tape seams, then mud and sand. Paint interior of units and repair drywall, if
required.

What You Will Need

2-3 years related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good mechanical/HVAC skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for this certification.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required
