Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Paramedic. Paramedics bring the highest quality of care directly to the scene of medical emergencies throughout the Greater Lowell area in cooperation with our local 911 first responders and ambulance services. Job Description: Compliance with performance improvement clinical benchmarks Avoids substantiated complaints regarding interpersonal conduct Complete records and billing documentation Avoid hazards, uses safety equipment; is safe. Follows clinical protocols, plans and orders correctly Maintains effective scene management/leadership; follows ICS Follows operational flow and procedures efficiently and effectively to maximize utilization. Demonstrates effective and positive teamwork and initiative during EMS operations, within the department and the EMS community Works collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.
