Duties and responsibilities

You will be assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation as well as providing companionship. Light housekeeping, shopping, and accompanying clients to doctors and other appointments.

• Adhere to State license regulation and guidelines.
• Adhere to all The Loving Care Company policies and procedures.
• Provide high-quality services to clients in a manner that is consistent with The Loving Care Company Philosophy.
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, reposition, and movement of clients.
• Observe, monitor, and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to senior staff.
• Maintain an environment for our clients and staff that implements quality health and safety management standards to protect individual welfare.

CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS

• License to Practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Certificate to Practice as a Personal Care Aide
• MUST HAVE - First Aid/CPR Certification
• MUST HAVE - Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Be comfortable with technology to accept bookings and manage your schedule on your computer, smart phone, or tablet

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
