Reports to: Director of Strategic Programs Director of Auxiliary Programming

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing engaging lessons.
• Assist in teaching students proper citation formats.
• Guide students in selecting topics, conducting research, and drafting, writing, and editing research papers and annotated bibliographies.
• Help students develop effective notetaking strategies.
• Aid students in assembling presentations and other small written assignments.
• Assist in chaperoning a field trip to the Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University.
• Take the lead in evaluating and assessing oral presentations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
• Experience in research and drafting, writing, and editing research papers and other written assignments.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• At least 16 years of age.
