Reporting to Housekeeping Leadership, the Minibar Attendant is responsible for maintaining the minibars in all guest rooms in an efficient, attentive, and anticipatory fashion.

• Accurately stocks, reports, inventories, and cleans the minibars in guest rooms.
• Takes inventory and restocks guest room minibars daily and processes the guests' charges for the items used.
• Ensure rotation of all minibar products.
• Maintain a friendly guest-centric attitude when in public areas.
• Communicate effectively with leadership with any issues and/or concerns.
• Liaise with other departments to make sure our luxury service is provided to all guests.
• Ensure all allergy procedures are consistently followed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Basic math and Excel spreadsheet skills required.
• Previous retail experience, especially food & beverage retail, preferred.
• Previous guest/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is required.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
