To direct, maintain, and improve day-to-day operation of the Specialty Programs unit ensuing complete quality customer service to the clients, agents of service, providers of service and all other individual requests received through the Specialty Programs department in an efficient, prompt, equitable and fair manner.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree and/or equivalent relevant business experience, plus technical underwriting or claims experience, Life and Accident/Health License preferred.
