JOB SUMMARY FOR STAFFING SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:

We are currently seeking the professional skills of Staffing Scheduling Coordinator. As the Staffing Scheduling Coordinator you will create and manage the staffing schedule for the nursing department and all other duties as assigned. The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator is a part time position.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR STAFFING SCHEDULING COORDINATOR:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Full time position

• Minimum of 1 years of Health Care experience

• Effective organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient PC skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copier, fax machine, and printers
• Ability to operate a switchboard, previous experience with multi-line system preferred
• Proficient reading, comprehension, writing, and mathematical ability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to interact with a range of people in an open, friendly, customer-orientated manner
• Interest in working with senior population
