JOB SUMMARY FOR STAFFING COORDINATOR :
We are currently seeking the professional skills of a Staffing Coordinator. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will create and manage the staffing schedule for the nursing department and all other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR STAFFING COORDINATOR :
High School Diploma or GED
Part-time position
Minimum of 1 year of Health Care experience
- Effective organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient PC skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and printers
- Proficient reading, comprehension, writing, and mathematical ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to interact with a range of people in an open, friendly, customer-orientated manner
- Interest in working with the senior population
