The Lodge at Old Trail, a resort-style senior living community in Crozet seeks a full-time Concierge Manager. We are looking for a warm, caring individual to greet guests, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities may include:

-answer telephone calls both externally and internally

-assist residents with needs, assist with general administrative duties

-maintain inventory of office supplies, maintenance work orders, mail and package delivery

-coordinate resident transportation requests

-oversee concierge and transportation teams, select, train and develop direct reports and create their schedules.

-assist with scheduling hair salon and massage appointments
