Overview:

You have found the right community to care for the honor & legacy of our elders. We are an assisted living home located in the affluent Lakehurst Edition neighborhood nestled in the heart of OKC and Nichols Hills. Our home cares for a maximum of 5 residents in a non-medical residential assisted living community. We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN/LVN to join our Assisted Living Community. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care & support to residents in a luxurious & traditional home setting.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications & treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor resident health & update medical records

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Educate residents & their families on treatment/care plans & procedures

- Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, & nursing standards

- Review & maintain accurate documentation of resident progress

- Assist in nursing administration tasks as needed

- Uphold resident rights & promote a safe environment

- Demonstrate leadership skills in managing resident care

- Staff scheduling

Requirements:

- Valid RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of practice

- Proficiency in home health practices

- Strong knowledge of anatomy & medical terminology

- Familiarity with Medicare regulations & HIPAA guidelines

- Experience in medical records management & documentation review

- Ability to provide quality nursing care with attention to detail

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Capability to work independently & as part of a team

-BLS/CPR Certification up to date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
