The Little School is a Reggio Emilia-inspired, nature-based program that is seeking curious, joyful, and passionate educators to join us for the 2023-24 school year.

We are in search of 2 full-time substitute. These teachers work Monday through Friday, either 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (with an hour lunch break). They go into classrooms when teachers are absent, in team meetings, or in trainings.

We are also in search of one co-teacher for a Pre-K classroom . This teacher must be available to work a 9 hour shift (with a lunch break) anytime between the hours of 7:15 am and 6:00 pm. Each team of three teachers creates their own shift schedules.

Finally, we are in search of a Team of Three teacher for ages 3-5. This team of three teachers goes into classrooms when whole teams have planning and team meetings. They also could work with other ages. The hours for this position is 8 am to 5 pm.

North Carolina Credentials (or equivalent), early childhood education credit, and prior experience in a similar setting are preferred.
