Job Summary:
The Program Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall training of our staff and some managerial aspects of The Little Gym. The Program Director will report to the Gym Director/Owner. PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES: The Little Gym Program Director may have the opportunity to be a Gym Director-in-training. If the goals and experience of the individual align with the company's, they may be promoted to Gym Director within 12-18 months of the center opening. A pay raise and other benefits will be included upon promotion.

Responsibilities:
• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Oversee training, development, and evaluation of all staff
• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Assist the Gym Director in management of day-to-day operations
• Assist the Gym Director in hiring and onboarding staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Attend membership drives and philanthropic events in gym and throughout the community
CPR Certification required and training provided
Qualifications:
• KID MAGNET! You must love them, and they must feel that love and be stuck on you! We can teach so many skills, but you must be a natural with the kiddos!
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Management experience is a plus
• You live to serve! Helping others be their best, helps you feel your best
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work

Schedule:
• A combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Paid travel to Director Training in Dallas will be required.
Travel to local community events for sales and philanthropic efforts will be required.
