The Little Gym is Hiring an Assistant Gymnastics Director Near Rockwall, TX

Make a difference in children's lives through gymnastics and help us run a successful small business! We're looking for someone who is committed to being a great team player and taking responsibility in sharing the love of our program with our community.

An Assistant Gym Director takes the reins at the front desk and is a leader of Serious Fun during our regularly scheduled classes as well as helping to lead an amazing team of instructors.

What we expect from you…

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)
Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!

You’d fit in here if…

You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving High-5’s! (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well)
You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
