A The Little Gym 'Gym Director' is a full-time, career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym of Fairfax, VA (opening soon!). The Gym Director reports directly to the owner and regional manager. General responsibilities frequently include:

• Hiring, managing and training staff
• Teaching excellent gymnastics classes
• Managing all day-to-day operations
• Maintaining the facility/equipment
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Selling the program to new and existing customers

For 30 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. Professional experience working with children AND gymnastics experience is strongly preferred. A combination of daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required.
Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include: paid time off (sick, personal, & holiday pay), health/dental insurance, 401k matching up to 4%.
