Responsibilities Assist with project control activities including project document management, RFI and IB tracking, contract document review Assist in changes to scope, prepare estimates and negotiate new project scope Perform walkthroughs with contractor as needed Assist with monitoring contract implementation, quality of work and materials Inspect task execution in accordance with the plans and specifications Maintain weekly and monthly project work plans for scope, budget, schedule, and safety objectives Attend meetings and prepare minutes Qualifications Less than 2 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract documents, scheduling, payments review Computer proficiency in MS Office and scheduling applications - Please visit our website for all of our career opportunities at - Compensation: Min: $24.00 - Max: $30.00 - The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
