POSITION OVERVIEW:
The main responsibility of the Purchasing Administrator is to assist with acquiring supplies and services for residential properties at the best value, and helping expedite the process for properties to receive goods and services. The central duties include management and review of all purchase orders, identifying suppliers, reviewing the company’s purchasing agreements and ensuring materials and services meet the company’s standards and budget requirements.
