Leasing Agent – St. Louis/Maryland Heights

Hiring Immediately! Compensation: $18 /hour depending on experience

Responsibilities: As a Leasing Agent you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining a high level of communication between the property and prospective/current tenants creating a positive perspective of the property. Your duties include but are not limited to:

· Proactively communicating with prospective residents and current residents with a sense of urgency

· Manage showings, complete application documents, possibly move-in and move-out inspections and other duties as assigned

· Lease apartments and provide thorough follow-up. Responsibilities may include marketing, documentation verification and lease signing

· Schedule new move-ins and provide necessary and accurate information for drafting the lease. Follow company policies to ensure each prospective resident is properly vetted

· Assist in monitoring renewals, distributing notices, and completing documentation

· Perform other special assignments as determined by property management

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months of experience in apartment leasing, or 1-year in hotel front desk

Schedule: Most schedules are Monday-Friday, offering a desirable work-life balance.
