Join our dynamic team as an Apartment Make Ready Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring the swift and efficient turnaround of our rental units . As a key member of our property management crew, you'll be responsible for preparing apartments for new tenants, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of quality and readiness.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units, identifying areas requiring attention or repairs.

2. Execute a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting ,carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.

3. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to facilitate timely repairs and improvements.

4. Ensure all appliances and fixtures are inworking order before new tenant move-ins.

5. Perform deep cleaning of units, including carpets, windows, and other surfaces.

6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues to the property management team.

7.Collaborate with property managers to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while carrying out job duties.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in property maintenance or related field.

2. Strong knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques.

3.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Good communication and collaboration skills.

6. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
