Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding
The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, workplace design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices and Hubs across the world. Our new Boston Hub (opening in 2025) is looking for the person to open the Hub and manage the day-to-day operations in this new location. This is the pioneer of the LEGO workplace strategy called LEGO Ways of Working (LWOW).
The Hub will be a very special place with a great sense of community and collaboration. At the LEGO Group we always place the end-user, in this case, the employee, at the forefront. The aspiration is to deliver world-class engagement and high-quality workplace experiences that contribute to an outstanding work-environment, high productivity and great employee wellbeing.
In order to achieve this, we are looking for an engaging and experienced workplace specialist who will create a great sense of community fostering the LEGO culture while leading a team of LEGO Hub Hosts and our external facility services provider. Responsibilities will be to manage the operational workplace of the Boston Hub and to give employees a great work experience every single day. This is front of house where key stakeholders will come from many different cultures and will be at all levels, so a positive service-minded approach and a role-model for others is key.
