Position Overview:

As a Lifeguard at The Legend Clubs, you are to ensure the safety and well-being of our members and guests at our pool facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising swimmers and enforcing safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries
• Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents in the pool area
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the pool area safe and sanitary
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting members and guests with inquiries and requests
• Attending mandatory training sessions to maintain and improve lifeguarding skills

Knowledge and Skills:

• Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certification required prior to start date
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues as needed
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

Education and Training:

Applicants must be 15 years or older.

Lifeguard Training course available at The Legend Clubs in May.

Reimbursement for certifications available if you work the entire summer.
