Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent required
Current Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED certifications
Ability to supervise staff
Ability to effectively coordinate and direct the overall operation, including maintenance of the swimming pool
Strong customer service skills
Effective decision making skills
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise staff and the overall maintenance of The Legend Clubs Pool
(Including but not limited to security, cleanliness and safety.)
Provide for the safety and direct supervision of members
Provide a high level of leadership
Provide supervision of staff including in-service training and scheduling
Complete necessary paperwork specific to job responsibilities (state mandated forms, attendance forms, accident/incident report forms, facility checklists, etc.)
Organize and assign staff to teach swim lessons
Job description
The Legend Clubs has an opening for a Pool Manager for the this year's pool season. Our private pool facility is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and this is a full-time position that will require 40 hours a week during the season.
We offer private and group swim lessons and well as host member functions at the pool throughout the season.
