Design Tasks:

Assistance with locating furniture for staging of rentals on various platforms.

Communicate with potential sellers of furniture.

• Coordinate acquired furniture pick up.

Aid with furniture set up decor.

The Legacy Stays Event Team: While The Legacy Stays’ primary objective is creating high quality stays for each guest, creating lasting networking events for community members is also paramount. (Intern title) would be responsible for the following to help facilitate our Spring Network Event:

Create electronic invitations for event.

• Schedule professional photographer and food arrangements.

Customer Interaction:

(Intern role) will be trained to assist clients regarding the following:

• Inquiries regarding available properties.

Scheduling property viewings.

Assist with the application process.

Learning Opportunities:

During this internship, the (intern role title) may have the opportunity to partake in the following:

Meet realtor agents.

Attend training sessions.

Participate in meetings to gain an astute understanding of the short term real estate industry and the leasing process.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized and detail oriented.

Proficient to advanced technological skills.

Overall, the (intern role title) will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of property management while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of a short term real estate company.
