Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of individuals under your care
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred (CNAs/HHAs)
- Familiarity with systems and protocols in assisted living facilities is a plus
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting as needed
- Knowledge of direct support practices for seniors
