Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, such as in a daycare, school, or similar setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Experience in infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Ability to manage a classroom of children and maintain discipline in a positive manner
- Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter is a plus
- Understanding of child development stages and milestones
- Experience working with children with special needs or in special education is an asset
