Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior

Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Understanding of special education strategies and accommodations
