The Learning Experience of Troy is looking to add professional, highly motivated, and passionate teachers to our team (full-time and part-time).

We strive to provide the very best care for our preschool and child-care programs. Full-time (Monday-Friday) positions include paid holidays and time off within your first year, and the option to elect health insurance after your first 90 days.

CPR / First Aid training is provided as well as other required professional development hours. Wages are based on education and experience.

Responsibilities for Assistant Teacher include but are not limited to :

• Safety and well-being of staff and children
• Implementing curriculum on a daily basis
• Daily parent communication and yearly parent-teacher conferences
• Creating a warm and nurturing environment
• Being a great team player
• Possess strong customer service skills with parents

Qualifications / Experience :

• Must have experience working with children
• Child care and / or Preschool experience preferred : 1 year
• Willing to continue on-going training and education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
