Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, including marketib, social media, teacher curriculum, strategic planning, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives

- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services

Experience:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Business Manager or similar position

- Strong sales and business development background

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans for business success

- Experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of employees
