Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Infant, Toddler and Preschool Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Duties:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons for children
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management techniques
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters social-emotional development
Skills:
- Experience of working with preschool or young children is required
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Experience in infant care or working with students with diverse needs is beneficial
