Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Coordinator or Childcare Administrative Assistant who is energetic, creative, driven and goal-oriented
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Curriculum Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a licensed childcare facility
Highly professional and dependable, good attendance is a must
Must be highly motivated and driven to accomplish tasks as assigned
Responsibilities:
As a Curriculum Coordinator or Administrative Assistant , you will partner with the Center Director in effectively managing all aspects of the implementation of curriculum and daily organizational tasks.
Oversee the implementation of our nationally accredited curriculum by being present in the classrooms for coaching, monitoring and modeling
Review Lesson Plans
Purchase supplies as it pertains to curriculum themes
Print Items requested by teachers for curriculum
Support teachers in all aspects of the classroom
Ensuring the fun calendar is being implemented monthly
Basic filing and organizational skills
Answer phone calls
Assist with Appointment scheduling
