Position: Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• College degree required; certification preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe, Excel, and MS Office is a must
• Knowledge of NetDocs and Clio is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, potential clients, experts, and witnesses
• Excellent people skills

Responsibilities:

• Case management logistics and document management
• E-filing in Federal and State courts, drafting pleadings and discovery
• Reviewing medical records and preparing discovery responses
• Communication with potential clients, clients, experts, and witnesses
• Trial support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
