We are looking for a Family Law Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a temp to potentially hire. You must have experience in drafting motions, orders, continuance letters, witness subpoenas, and subpoena duces tecum.

Daniel J. Miller has been serving Virginia Beach and all of Hampton Roads for over 20 years with legal needs. Though we view cases from a compassionate perspective and an openness to cooperative negotiation, we are also prepared to fight fiercely on our client’s behalf.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
