We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help express and maintain our philosophy to potential clients looking for academic support for themselves or their students.
Join The Ladder Method family! We are looking for a warm and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing The Ladder Method's website, directing our social media assistants, and outreach to other schools in our community to spread the word about our services. You will be responsible for expressing our philosophy as a learning-processing company to potential families looking for tutors!

Responsibilities and Duties
Managing and overhauling our existing website
Directing our social media assistants
Reframing the image and vision of our company to be accessible to a younger clientele
Outreach to the public and private schools in the area
Forging relationships with schools for referrals to potential clients
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 2 - 4 Experience in Marketing / Advertising
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience in the Education field HIGHLY DESIRED
Management experience

Strong social emotional skills: compassionate and an excellent listener
Ability to shine in both interpersonal interactions as well as administrative tasks
