Description
SUMMARY : Unload trucks, inspects incoming material, stock material, and load conveyor in accordance with company specification.
Track incoming inventory using a computer. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repetitively unload trucks in accordance with established company standards.
- Operate fork truck in accordance with standards and expectation presented in training. Enter all bale movements in current computer / trucking system.
Publish inventory numbers.
- Inspect all bales that are unloaded off the trailers and when loading the conveyor. Use good mix of bales when loading conveyor.
- Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals. Cut beater stock with roll splitter or saw.
- Clean and maintain loading area, keep work area clean throughout the shift.
- Conduct a maintenance and safety check for fork truck at beginning and end of each assigned shift. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Assist and / or perform other work as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the US.
- Good computer skills, ability to track inventory in a computer.
- Able to communicate with all team members and adhere to safety and adhere to safety regulations. Must be team player, organized and detail oriented.
- Able to meet company quality and performance standards for job as specified.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to work in a tobacco free environment.
Willingness and ability to wear safety glasses, earplugs, hard hat, steel toes boots and any other required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
